Welcome to GetOff Entertainment Co.! We are excited to help you bring your creative vision to life. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone, please carefully review our studio booking policy. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

a. Payment Required: All studio bookings require full payment at the time of booking to secure your desired time slot and studio. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received. 

b. Accepted Payments: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. 

c. Secure Transactions: All online payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers. 

d. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks:* To protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions, we utilize industry-standard fraud detection measures. We reserve the right to cancel any booking suspected of being fraudulent and may refuse service. * All sales are final. Suppose you dispute a legitimate charge or initiate a chargeback without first contacting GETOFF ENTERTAINMENT CO. to attempt to resolve any issue. In that case, you will be held responsible for the original booking fee plus any associated bank fees, collection costs, and legal expenses incurred by GETOFF ENTERTAINMENT CO.  as a result of the chargeback. Such actions may also result in a permanent ban from future bookings at GETOFF ENTERTAINMENT CO., 

e. Booking Minimums:* All studio bookings, with the exceptions noted below, have a two (2) hour minimum per session. * Exceptions: Studio B and the POD ROOM are available for a one (1) hour minimum booking.

2. Extended Bookings (5+ Hours)

For bookings of five (5) hours or more, we kindly request that you leave a note in the "comments" or "special requests" section when completing your booking. This allows us to make special arrangements and ensure seamless service for your longer session. A team member from GETOFF ENTERTAINMENT CO. will contact you within 24 hours of your booking to confirm details and discuss any specific needs for your extended studio time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

a. Cancellation Policy:* Cancellations made [24 hours] or more before your scheduled booking time will receive a full studio credit, valid for future bookings with GETOFF ENTERTAINMENT CO. * Cancellations made less than [24 hours] before your scheduled booking time will forfeit the full booking fee. No refunds or studio credits will be issued for these late cancellations. 

* No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled booking without prior notification will be charged the full booking fee without refund or credit.

b. Rescheduling Policy:* Rescheduling requests made [48 hours] or more before your scheduled booking time are permitted without an additional fee, subject to studio availability. * Rescheduling requests made less than [48 hours] before your scheduled booking time will incur a rescheduling fee of [50% of the original booking fee]. The new booking will be subject to studio availability. 

c. Cancellation by GETOFF ENTERTAINMENT CO. In the rare event that GETOFF ENTERTAINMENT CO.must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment malfunction, staff emergency, force majeure), we will notify you immediately. You will be offered a full refund of all payments made for that specific booking or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. GETOFF ENTERTAINMENT CO. will not be liable for any further compensation or consequential damages incurred by the Client.

4. Verification Upon Arrival

For the security of our studio, equipment, and all clients, the individual who made the booking must be present upon arrival. A valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., Driver's License, State ID, Passport) and debit or credit card matching the name and payment on the booking must be presented to our staff at check-in. Failure to provide valid verification may result in the immediate cancellation of your session without refund.

5. Studio Rules & Client Responsibilities

a. Session Timing: Your booked time includes all setup, breakdown, and packing up. Please ensure you are ready to begin at your scheduled start time and vacate the studio promptly at the end of your session. Overtime will be charged in [ 15-minute] increments at our standard hourly rate. 

b. Equipment Care: Clients are responsible for treating all GETOFF ENTERTAINMENT CO. equipment, instruments, and studio space with care and respect. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts by the client or their guests will be charged to the client at full replacement or repair cost. 

c. Cleanliness: Please help us maintain a clean and productive environment. Dispose of all trash in designated bins and ensure the studio is left in a tidy condition after your session.

d. Prohibited Activities:*  Food and drinks are permitted only in designated areas; please keep them away from sensitive equipment. * Maximum of 6 people in Studio A, Maximum of 4 people in Studio B, Maximum of 6 people in the Pod Room.*

e. Personal Belongings: . is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in the studio. Please ensure you take all your items with you.

6. Limitation of Liability

GETOFF ENTERTAINMENT CO.'s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a booking shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific booking. GETOFF ENTERTAINMENT CO. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption, arising from or related to our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Booking Policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts located in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Booking Policy or its subject matter or formation.

8. Amendments

GETOFF ENTERTAINMENT CO. reserves the right to amend this Booking Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. The policy in effect at the time of your Booking Confirmation will govern your specific booking.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking with GETOFF ENTERTAINMENT CO., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined in this Studio Booking Policy.
